The accommodation was just as described, with beautifully decorated rooms and big bathrooms. the crisp white bed linens were a nice touch. the breakfasts were different every day and very enjoyable. the location was convenient, with the entrance to the bustling medina just a couple of minutes' walk away. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the helpful guide arranged by the hotel made exploring the city a breeze.

The AC took a little while to cool down the room, but that's to be expected during a hot summer stay.

Beautifully restored riad with a lush garden and bubbling fountain in the center. Our room was perfectly appointed with tall double windows that opened up to the courtyard. The staff was kind, accommodating, and helped us arrange tours and activities. Breakfast served in the courtyard was delicious.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel we stayed at during Christmas was an absolute pleasure. The warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The location was perfect as we were able to easily explore the nearby attractions. The fact that we were able to enjoy delicious meals made on request was a delightful surprise. The beautiful and cozy patio was perfect for relaxing and meeting new people.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find and required a short flight of steps down from the reception. Additionally, there were no ground floor rooms and no lift, which could be an issue for those with mobility issues. However, overall the experience was wonderful and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel was beautifully restored and decorated, with stunning traditional Moroccan tiles and woodwork. the central courtyard was a peaceful oasis in the midst of the bustling city, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, with key tourist sights all within walking distance.

Although our room was comfortable, it did feel a bit pricey for what we received. we would have appreciated having our own key to the hotel, as waiting for the staff to let us in and out was at times cumbersome.
